Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

24-Hour Notice:

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellation:

Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. This fee is non-refundable.

Same-Day Cancellation:

Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-Show:

Clients who do not arrive for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Late Arrival:

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on availability. The applicable cancellation fee may still apply.

Dry Style:

Because dry-style appointments are scheduled according to specific service times, arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean we cannot provide the full requested style.
